BotBulletin was created to fulfill the needs of FRC teams in Ohio after Senate Bill 29. This bill made it illegal for schools to use programs that collect student data, which includes things like Discord and Remind. Because of this, The WorBots created a simple tool to facillitate secure announcements for any FRC team in Ohio.
